Together with your company we will develop a job description and specify the requested personal profile

  • After search and interviews an agreed number of candidates will be presented to your management team
  • Your management will meet and interview a selected number of candidates
  • The selected candidate(s) will the pass a formal testing process, including an unbiased interview and reference taking by an external consultant
  • A report will be presented by the external consultant, who will invoice his services separately
  • Our consultancy fee will be invoiced after contract signing and fixed in relation to the agreed salary.
